Individual, Couples, Teens
Individual therapy is an opportunity for clients to better understand the problems they face, improve coping, examine earlier trauma, and find a pathway toward healing. Individual sessions are 45-50 minutes in length and are tailored specifically for each client.
Couples therapy is a process during which couples of all types recognize and resolve problems. Couples often say that they wish they had come to therapy sooner. Setting aside time to address the concerns within your relationship often improves communication, respect, and intimacy. Dr. Bluntzer is an LGBTQ ally and welcomes any couple wishing to improve their relationship.
Therapy with adolescents is a process during which we open channels of communication and collaborate to find solutions to difficult problems. Dr. Bluntzer has over ten years of experience assisting teens and their families with conflict resolution skills, teen/adolescent transitional periods, relationships, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. Teens often leave therapy feeling like they have a safe space to address their concerns and they additionally learn healthy coping skills.
